Radiate Youth Director (Part Time 30hrs)

Overall Purpose:

The vision for Radiate Youth is to lead students to become fully devoted followers of Christ.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, develop and train leaders to fulfill the mission of Radiate Youth

• Partner with the Radiate Youth Pastor develop authentic faith within students between grades of 6th-12th

• Develop relationships with unchurched students

• Partner with Radiate Youth Pastor to minister to families within the church body.

• Execute a strategic plan for Radiate to increase its influence in students and schools of the community in order to express the gospel.

• Preach regularly at Radiate Services

• Partner with the Radiate Youth Pastor in the planning events to include weekly worship services, camps, retreats, mission trips, etc.

Ignite Church is a 12 year old church in Winterville, NC just on the city limit border of Greenville. Ignite is passionate about seeing people become fully devoted followers of Jesus. With an average weekly attendance of over 1,500 we work hard to see the gospel spread to our city and beyond.

Greenville, in eastern North Carolina, is a vibrant college town, home of East Carolina University, Vidant Medical Center, and Pitt Community College. Greenville is a necessary and attractive destination for towns and small cities throughout eastern North Carolina. With a college and university, there’s a vibrant and youthful spirit to the city community. The city itself has its commercial shopping areas, including Greenville Mall and 11 Galleria, movie theaters, restaurants, and strip malls, but its greatest charm is found in “Uptown” Greenville.
