Residential Youth Worker

Gateway Boys Academy is looking for energetic, highly motivated, responsible and mature individuals to become life-changing mentors to at-risk teen boys in a military like Christian boarding school. Driven by faith, it is through life-on-life relationships that you will communicate wisdom, direction, hope and encouragement to hurting young men. You will be part of a passionate and supportive ministry team where you will grow through life-changing community and hands-on ministry.

Candidates will have:

• A good driving record

• Successful experience working with youth

• Bachelors degree is preferred but we will provide training for the right candidate

• A Level II Florida background check and references are required

You bring the calling and the heart to serve troubled teen boys and their families and we will provide the training and the tools to fulfill that calling!
