Worship & Teen Leader

Grace Chapel Church is a small and growing church with great

growth opportunities. We are looking for a Worship & Youth

Team Leader, that is Christ-centered, motivated individual who

leads others in worship and spiritual growth. This person works

closely with the Pastor and church leadership to plan services,

disciple youth, and build a unified ministry team.

Key Responsibilities

Worship Ministry

• Lead and coordinate worship services that engage the

congregation in contemporary worship.

• Work with the Pastor in planning worship and special

services.

• Be accountable to the Pastor and Board, collaborate with

the worship planning team.

• Play or lead music, and use technology effectively

(sound systems, computers, ProPresenter, etc.).

• Design music and worship around the church calendar

and sermon themes.

Youth Ministry

• Recruit, train, and build teams for worship and youth

participation.

• Be a self-starter who organizes youth activities and

times of worship.

• Lead and teach discipleship for teens and encourage

involvement in church life.

• Partner with the Pastor to plan youth events and

services.

Qualifications

• Strong faith in Christ and a desire to serve His church.

• Experience in worship leadership and/or youth ministry.

• Ability to play an instrument and lead vocally.

• Competence with worship technology and media tools.

• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork

skills.

• Must successfully complete a background check prior to

employment.
