Job Description


To further the mission of the Church by effectively overseeing the areas of Guest Experiences, Groups, and Growth Track at the Statesboro Campus.


The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: 

● Carry out the objectives of the Vision & Strategy Team and model a collaborative team mindset 

● Oversight of Guest Experiences; process paperwork and next steps for Statesboro Campus individuals from weekend services and events to help keep accurate information for involvement; scheduling of baptisms, and getting volunteers connected to small groups and ministry teams 

● Coordinate volunteer appreciation opportunities and recognition campus wide 

● Keep Guest Experiences, Groups, and Growth Track team leaders updated on information for the upcoming weekend services and special events 

● Assist with administrative tasks and duties for upcoming weekend services and special events 

● Maintaining and updating campus ministry calendars; including scheduling of events 

● Ensure that the various ministry areas around the Statesboro Campus are organized, supplied and properly equipped for various ministry teamsʼ needs and for weekend events

● Supports and adheres to the policies and procedures found in the CCC Employee Handbook 


● Experience: At least two (2) years ministry and administrative experience is preferred. 

● Education: A Bachelorʼs Degree from an accredited institution or preferred. Consideration will be given to candidates having experience and demonstrated proficiency in the field. 

● Knowledge, skills, and gifts: Must be able to effectively oversee and assist with ministry needs at the Statesboro Campus. Candidate must demonstrate a Christ-like attitude in words and actions and have the ability to work with a wide variety of personalities. Candidate must have the ability to work independently with efficiency, effectiveness and composure; must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; and must be able to multitask and prioritize work assignments. Candidate must exhibit excellent organizational and interpersonal relational skills. Attention to detail is imperative. Must possess a friendly attitude, a willingness to work collaboratively with others, and have a strong heart for service.
