At Pinelake, groups aren't just something we do. Groups are at the center of who we are. We believe the emphasis to see people gathered in circles, talking about how the Bible intersects their life, and then reaching out to invite others to join a circle of their own is a necessity of the Christian life. That's part of what makes Pinelake unique -- we're not just a church that does small groups. We are a church made up of small groups!

Our vision is to see Mississippi changed one life change story at a time, and we're looking for our next Adult Groups Pastor to help us lead the charge in Clinton as we see people learn from Christ, live in Christ, and lead others to Christ.

If you love leading adults to see life change happen in the context of small groups and are ready to lead this type of movement, we can't wait to talk with you!

We'll connect quickly if you:

• Currently, lead a thriving ministry in a context larger than 100;
• Love to connect with people and they're naturally drawn to you (extra fast if you've led an incredible student or university ministry);
• Actively multiply leadership by recruiting, developing, and inspiring new servant leaders to rise up to leadership;
• Find equipping adults (both married and single), energizing and exciting; 
• Enjoy leading a team to see an incredible vision of small groups implemented; and,
• Are a natural networker -- finding unique ways to connect individuals to each other.

You'll thrive with us if you:

• Have the drive to create and build, but thrive with visionary leadership and coaching;
• Love telling stories of life change;
• Challenge individuals to live missionally in their everyday lives;
• Enjoy going the extra mile;
• Get fired up as others grow in their awareness of how God is moving in their lives;

CLINTON CAMPUS:

We planted our Clinton campus in 2009 and have become a vibrant expression of Christian community to the people of Clinton and the surrounding area. We connect to 800 children, youth, adults, and college students each week. The home of Mississippi College (Mississippi’s most prominent Christian University), Clinton is the tenth largest city in Mississippi! Clinton boasts many metropolitan conveniences with a unique historic charm. Even more, Clinton Public School District was also recently ranked as the number one district in the entire state!

OUR STORY:

The story of Pinelake Church began in February of 1971 in Brandon, Mississippi in a mobile chapel in a rural area near The Reservoir. By God's grace and power, our faith family has grown into a dynamic church spanning five cities throughout our state -- Clinton, Madison, Oxford, the Reservoir, and Starkville. Weekly, we serve over 12,000 people, but we celebrate stories of life change one person at a time.
