Youth Pastor

Responsibilities

Disciple the next generation of students to become followers of Jesus who live our vision and values.

Identify and develop current and future leadership through pastoring, discipling, and training the youth and the youth adult leadership team. Success will be measured by developing other leaders who disciple and pastor youth.

• Plan and organize youth activities, retreats, and trips.

• Work closely with the Staff Leadership Team and other Ministry Leaders in building a youth culture that is strategic and collaborative with other ministries of Grace Church.

• Develop and maintain a partnership with Teen Street USA, Operation Mobilization.

• Equip parents to disciple their children.

We live missionally, seeking to advance Christ’s kingdom by engaging our local community and supporting the work of the global church. We display God’s love for all people by actively helping those in need.
