Vision
Calvary is looking for a Discipleship Pastor to help equip the saints (Ephesians 4:12) for the work of discipleship by creating systems of care, identifying and training leaders, and mobilizing our congregation in the efforts of discipleship. Jesus commissioned us to be about making disciples, and this Pastor will passionately help Calvary walk in obedience to what Christ has commissioned us to do. Executive Pastors often work with things whereas our Discipleship Pastor will work with people.
