Adult Ministries Pastor/Director (Wheaton Campus)

At Compass’ Wheaton campus (650+ weekly attendance), they are seeking a passionate and high capacity leader to provide vision and oversight for adult discipleship and small groups ministries. As a key leader at the Wheaton Campus, this individual will play a vital role in mobilizing and equipping volunteer ministry leaders and fostering a culture of discipleship. This position also leads the Guest Services teams for all the weekend services.

• Strong ability to recruit, train, and empower volunteers toward a common vision.

• Proficient at systems, structures, and strategy to drive ministry effectiveness and growth.
