Christ Like Services is hiring a secretary that involves managing two businesses, the other Technician Plus out of one office at Technician Plus in Camino. Job entails answering phones, greeting in person customers, paperwork, handling money transactions from customers – in person and over the phone. Office manager, keeping track of customers and making invoices. Organized with filing paperwork, typing letters, emails, etc. Will be doing payroll through Quickbooks, knowledge of QuickBooks is helpful but will be trained. Time management efficient, good communication skills, able to multi task in a sometimes-high paced environment. Great computer skills. Good attitude, patient, independent yet a team player. We are a Christian based business, you do not have to have faith or religion to work here, but it would help.
