Rock Bridge Community Church was planted in 2002 by Matt Evans, his wife, Beth, and a core team of people who saw the need for a new kind of church. They dreamed of a church that would reach the lost, the broken, the de-churched, and the spiritually wounded people of the greater Dalton, GA area.
19 years later, Rock Bridge is a contemporary multi-site church serving Northwest Georgia and the Tennessee Valley. Currently, around 4000 people attend one of Rock Bridge’s six campuses each weekend.
The team at Rock Bridge leads with a mission to glorify God by connecting people from all walks of life to life in Christ. We are passionate about seeing families and individuals develop a personal relationship with Jesus through relevant weekend services, small groups, ministry teams, and HOPE expressions throughout the community.
We are looking for a Multi Campus Production Director to work on our central support team, supporting our 6 campuses. Working with our Director of Strategic Initiatives, this person will maintain our production and technical systems, provide training to teams and staff, and coach our campus Production Coordinators. We are a fast paced organization full of hard working individuals who live in a rhythm of Be Before Do. (We go BE with God, before we go DO for God.)
A high comfort level working with video, lighting and audio will help support the weekly video distribution of our teaching pastor and services. Networking and computer knowledge will support our staff and the production equipment that relies on those technologies. A desire to coach and train will support the individuals who serve on our staff and ministry teams.
This role has a substantial amount of time working on systems, but those systems almost always support a person and people are who we are here to serve.
