Prescott Valley Kids Director/Pastor

QuadCity is a growing multi-site church in the QuadCities of northern Arizona whose mission is to make more and better disciples of Jesus. We are seeking a full-time Kids Pastor for our Prescott Valley (PV) Campus. The PV Kids Pastor's main responsibility will be to introduce kids (birth–6th grade) to Christ and His word.

Main Responsibilities

• Execute the Kids Ministry vision and direction set forth by the NextGen Pastor.
• Direct all Sunday Kids Ministry experiences (weekly), outreach/family events (seasonally), and camps (annually or bi-annually).
• Manage PV’s Kids Ministry budget.
• Plan and execute "Parenting for the Kingdom" events that equip and encourage QuadCity parents in the discipleship of their kids and students.
• Recruit, develop, and encourage Kids Ministry volunteers.
• Manage the Kids Ministry “Connections Pathway” on the PV campus.
• Oversee pastoral care of families within the PV Kids Ministry.
• Occasional weekend stage responsibilities (welcome, announcements, communion, baptisms, etc.) on the PV campus.
• Build relationships with local Elementary Schools.
• Any additional tasks as assigned by the NextGen Pastor or PV Campus Pastor.

The Ideal Candidate Would:

• Have a growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Be in alignment with QuadCity’s beliefs and values.
• Have experience leading or serving in Kids or Family Ministry.
• Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
• Have the ability to recruit and lead volunteer teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in ministry or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

Compensation & Application

• Position Type: Full-time
• Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 (Salary will include benefits such as health insurance and retirement.)
