Southern Calvert Baptist Church (SCBC) is a Southern Baptist Church located in Lusby, Maryland. SCBC is dedicated to vibrant worship, authentic fellowship, biblical preaching, practical and meaningful ministries, and engaging children’s activities.
At SCBC, we believe the Bible is the inerrant Word of God. The Bible teaches that God connects with people by offering them forgiveness of sin and reconciliation through Jesus’ sacrificial death, burial, and resurrection. Jesus said that the greatest commandment is that we love one another as Christ has loved us. That is how we as God’s people connect with one another.
