Terraforma Church jobs

Terrafora Church is a missional model church that welcomes families in Northern Virginia to know Jesus, find freedom, discover purpose, and make a difference. Our community is welcoming, diverse, and includes people at every point in their spiritual journey. We practice a gather and scatter hybrid ministry model that pairs attractional weekend services with a missional movement we call Scatter to Serve. Every time a month has 5 Sundays, we close our doors on that 5th Sunday to Scatter and Serve our community. Our church is a place for skeptics, seekers, believers, and disciplemakers.

Some things that make our church unique:

• We strive to be a church known for love in our community. We are a safe church that offers a truly unlimited welcome.
• Our people put love in action, living as a beneficial presence in their neighborhoods and workplaces.
• We appreciate a generous orthodoxy and are guided by a centered-set approach to doctrine and theology (we make a big deal about Jesus and the Kingdom of God, and we don't make a big deal about finer points of doctrine, debate, etc)

We are a unique church with a unique ethos, so make sure to check us out. Our dream is to shape the world as God wants it to be. We believe that God has been working to make something of the world, and that His great desire is to partner with humanity toward this end. We dream about God’s Kingdom being established on earth as we disrupt injustice, cultivate community, and displace brokenness with beauty as we receive grace from Jesus and demonstrate selfless love to our world.

Terraforma Church is only 3 years old but has already made a big impact on our community and continues to grow.
