At The River Church, we strongly believe that every person has a unique place in the Kingdom of God and in our local community, whether a longtime believer or just starting to explore faith. We are committed to serving and impacting Durango and the surrounding areas through the love and resources we share as the Body of Christ.
Durango is a resort town in the southwest corner of the state of Colorado. We are in an outdoor mecca. With this in mind, we are constantly looking for ways to reach our community for Christ through outdoor activities.
We believe in multi-generational ministry, so you'll see kids and adults serving along side each other. The River Church has a high value for the next generation, and are looking for ways reach our kids and youth in meaningful and sustainable ways so they will continue to follow Jesus wherever they go in life.
Our vision is to bring a Kingdom of Heaven community to where we live work and play so others can know Jesus.
