Common Ground Christian Church (CGCC) is a growing non-denominational church (avg. attendance 250-270) located in rural Bradford Ohio (pop. 2500) (located 2 hours West of Columbus, East of Indianapolis, and North of Cincinnati). We are in the beginning phases of launching a capital campaign to build a new church. We have strong kids, students, and college age ministries. We are a church that strives to reach those far from God and engage believers through relational ministry and an outside the box approach.
We are seeking a full-time Worship Pastor with 0-7 years of experience. Our worship style is contemporary while still utilizing the traditional worship style as well. The dedicated and talented volunteer worship team consists of several singers, pianists, guitarists, bassists and drummers.
