Redemption Hill Church is a growing 13-year old Church Plant located in Medford, MA (60,000 residents in Metropolitan Boston). Our congregation reflects the thumbprint of our community (urban and diverse) while reflecting the thumbprint of the Body of Christ (yielded and united).

As a Church, this is our vision:,

We see a multiplication movement spreading across Greater Medford, as 755,000 people restlessly wait for the hope of Jesus. Fueled by our pursuit of God and filled with his Spirit, we will make disciples who urgently lead others from spiritual apathy to abundant life in Christ. As people taste true freedom, joy will fill living rooms, classrooms, and conference rooms. By 2030, we will see dozens of new groups and at least 3 new churches cover the map. This vision will come alive through bold prayer and action. We will impact lives from New England to the Nations.

Lead by a plurality of Elders, an empowered Staff, and faithful followers of Jesus, we are pursuing excellence:

• As we strengthen our "Discipleship Culture" , the heartbeat of RHC, we build a disciple-making culture through multiplying high quality Community Groups & Discipleship Groups and continue robust training in the our "7 Pursuits of a Disciple".

• As we yearn for momentum in "Developing Leaders" we prepare, equip, and inspire men and women of character to lead Groups, Teams, and Ministries with growing confidence and competence.

• As we extend "Innovative Tech", we creatively leverage technical and artistic skills to engage our community and communicate the transforming power of Jesus with increasing impact.

• As we "Start New Church #1" in the Fall of 2025, we equip and send from RHC to take the gospel to a surrounding community, in order to see people saved as we start envision "New Church #2", "New Church #3", and many others to follow by 2030.

In 2025, we do this TOGETHER. After all, Jesus died to bring us together. Because of His sacrificial love, Redemption Hill is a vibrant mosaic of people from diverse backgrounds that reflects our city and the heart of heaven. Our uncommon unity strengthens our church and provides a compelling picture for those yet to encounter the love of Jesus.

In a world marked by division and loneliness, every time we come together carries counter-cultural power. By consistently praying, living, growing, and moving together, we take significant steps to amplify God’s work through us. This will lead us to become an unstoppable force for good that lights up God’s heart and experiences His joy!
