Mt Zion Community Church

Mount Zion Community Church is a rural conservative church in the Piney section of Wythe County, Virginia. We typically meet each Sunday morning for 10 am Worship with a Sunday School to follow. We believe the Bible to be the infallible word of God. We hope to return to three services weekly Sunday morning, Sunday evening, and Wednesday night Bible Study and prayer service. Our attendance on Sunday mornings is about 50 more or less. Our congregation is made up of local families living in the surrounding area. Our piano player is a retired school teacher & our music is from traditional hymn books. We have a prayer line utilizing a one call now system. Prayer requests are taken 9am to 9pm & relayed through the one call now to all persons who have provided their phone numbers. A former Pastor has agreed to serve as Interim Pastor for Sunday mornings only until we fill the position.
