Seeking a Pastor who will love, encourage, equip, correct, and minister to our Lord's Church. He is to spread the good news of Jesus Christ. The Pastor will have a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. Open to full time or bi-vocational. Happy to answer any questions you may have about us and our church.

Nestled on the westside of the Northshore and near the Tickfaw River, Woodland Baptist Church (WBC) for over 70 years has been a strategic part of God’s plan and purpose in the Lizard Creek Community and the town of Springfield, LA. If you are new to our community and looking for a church home and a house of worship for you and your family, we hope this site will be a helpful, informative, and encouraging introduction. At the same time, we want the church’s website to be a place to assist our church family with current information so one can be well-informed of upcoming events and special dates on the church’s calendar.

At WBC, we believe the most important thing is for each person to have a real and personal relationship with Jesus Christ. This life-giving truth of eternal love and daily hope is one we desire to better understand, frequently experience, and regularly communicate through our everyday lives and in the times, we gather for corporate worship, fellowship, and ministry.
