The O’Connell House is seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and dynamic Case Manager to provide and implement superior clinical care and clinical programming to our clients. The Case Manager is the supervisor entrusted with the execution of mental health care program services to give our clients the best chance to succeed and thrive after treatment. Job Description: The Case Manager is responsible to for the overall operations, development and supervision of the mental health care program (MHCP) services. In collaboration with the Program Director and TOH Clinician, the Case Manager will assist in creating and implementing programming, ensuring programming provides best-care practices, provides trauma-informed care, and meets the state and federal regulatory standards. The Case Manager will supervise and provide training to staff, and volunteers. The Case Manager must possess extensive knowledge of trauma-informed practices and care, strong ability to solve complex problems, and have excellent decision-making skills, including critical thinking. The Case Manager must also be mission oriented. In addition to implementing and overseeing the MHCP services, the Case Manager will also provide and/or coordinate individual and group therapy to survivors of sex trafficking. The Case Manager will collaborate with other therapeutic clinicians and providers and other therapeutic services to make sure residents are receiving proper and specific care that will benefit them. The Case Manager will take all direction from the TOH Clinician, who answers to the Program Director
Hours: M-F: TBD
The Case Manager will possess skills and knowledge of operations of a clinical team. The Case Manager will be familiar with a variety of therapeutic modalities, theories and practices and have a thorough understanding of Evidence-Based Treatment practices. This individual will be familiar with best practices for relevant levels of care and environments. The Case Manager will possess managerial and supervisory skills and utilize these skills on a daily basis.
Qualifications – Bachelor degree minimum, Master’s Level preferred, State and/or Board Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Social Worker, LMHC, or APRN/RN with experience in mental health treatment environment and OBGyn /midwifery a plus! Managerial experience with treatment of co-occurring disorders, trauma disorders and experience with homelessness, domestic violence and/or survivors of sex-trafficking. Knowledgeable in regulatory compliance with state board standards of care.

The O’Connell House is a 13-room residence which provides comprehensive services to women who have been trafficked. These women may be pregnant and/or have a small child. It is a place where dignity will be restored and healing can occur.We deliver trauma-informed care which supports their complex needs with compassion, while providing the nurturing presence the women so desperately need.
