Worship/technology leader

Laveen Baptist Church (Laveen, Arizona) is looking for a full-time Worship Pastor to lead in all current music styles as well as hymns. This is an opportunity to join a church that is serving in a diverse growing community.

Worship responsibilities include: lead worship with voice and instrument with our Praise Team. Run rehearsals and scheduling audio/visual/media team along with discipling the Praise and tech teams by investing in their lives.

Based on experience, the initial compensation package is appx. $52,000 annually.

Requirements

• Personal Relationship with Jesus
• Biblical Training and/or Seminary (preferred)
• Worship Leading Experience
• Strong vocalist and instrumentalist
• Working knowledge of Audio/Visual and Media (Propresenter, OBS, Planning Center, Power Director (Cyberlink), Reaper)
• Social media/Web savvy (preferred)
