Youth and Children’s Pastor

We are seeking someone with a personal growing relationship with Jesus Christ to provide passionate leadership for our youth and children’s ministry

This person must be comfortable working within a team environment and capable of recruiting training and developing leaders in both areas of ministry

The person must also be capable of developing and planning activities and events designed for the spiritual growth of children youth and their families

As a full time position we offer a competitive package of salary and benefits for entry level professionals in our area but will compensate based on education and experience in this field of ministry

We are a Southern Baptist church that holds to the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message We are a loving church who wants to reach people for Jesus and seeks to engage community throughout the year to do so

we have a good team system in place and want to find someone to provide leadership within that system in the areas of children and youth
