1.2 Education: Holding a seminary degree in Ministry or similar
1.3. Experience: Pastoring churches with Youth and Children Ministries
2 Expectations for our English Pastor
2.1 Be working closely with the Chinese Pastor for the entire congregation
2.2 Be responsible for pastoring the non-Chinese speaking adults by directly involving and/or supervising all related activities
2.3. Be responsible for the development and growth of the Youth and Children Ministries by (i) directly involving and/or supervising all related activities and (ii) coordinating with the Chinese pastor and parents.
