Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES: Bridge the gap between your church and its surrounding schools and community. You will be equipped to serve in schools, lead youth ministry and through our Youth Academy disciple young people, facilitate Bible studies, and take youth on missions. Here is what you will experience:

  • Discipleship: You will mentor people individually on a bi-weekly basis using our experience-based mentoring program called “The Flow”.

  • Bible Study: You will run a Bible Study using our method called “Haverim” in your local community at least once a month.

  • Evangelism: Your team will run three “Because You’re Loved” mission events throughout the year to bring others on mission with you.

  • Church: You will be based in a partner church and be given opportunities to serve in the local community. You will find this church becomes like a family to you.

  • Social Media: You and your team will externally promote the work you do via social media platforms. This is done to both celebrate what God is doing, encourage our supporters, and raise up more recruits to help those we reach out to.

TIME COMMITMENT: 12 months or 18 months. We have Apprenticeship intakes every August and January.

LOCATION: Church placement and location are determined after final interviews.
