Worship Minister

The Worship Minister is a creative leader who, along with the Pastor, develops a comprehensive worship strategy for our local body of believers that praises God and connects them to the Savior.

Principal Function

·     Lead the congregation to experience God’s power and presence through worship.

·     Provide a sense of togetherness and unity across all worship environments.

·     Foster a culture of worship rooted in Scripture and Spirit-led.

·     Oversee all aspects of the worship planning process for regularly scheduled services or special events, including coordination of worship team members, worship band, choir/orchestra, audio/visual/lighting support, and any other special facility setup requirements.

·     Recruit, develop, and lead the people needed for our worship services.

·     Cultivate and train the next generation of worship leaders.

·     Care for the congregation through prayer, pastoral ministry, and spiritual leadership.
