Role in The Organization: The Finance Director will work alongside an experienced Specialist Directorship team. This team involves a Training Director, Communications Director, Personnel Director, and Media Director and several volunteers among the different departments. You will also have a Finance Apprentice to assist you with certain tasks in the area of Finance.
Office Environment: We work in an open office where we do a weekly Bible Study, regular enrichment activities as a group, retreats, conferences and Masterclasses. There is regular mentoring and we have several volunteers that help in the office setting who are tremendous blessings. You will also have an assistant to support the Finance Department.
Financial Package: You will receive a base salary plus bonuses. Your salary will increase with your experience and the health of our financial support. You will also have free premium parking across the street from Globe Life Field and for Cowboys Stadium. You will receive 4 weeks of paid vacation per year plus occasional celebration holidays (including 5 days off for Thanksgiving and 4 for Easter including the weekends).
