Minister of Youth & Children

Youth/Children’s Minister – First Baptist Church of Long Branch, NJ is seeking a person to serve as Minister to Youth Children. This is a part-time position, 5-10 hours per week. Salary is negotiable, based on education and experience. Minister would be responsible to develop and implement teaching and activity programs for our youth and children. We are looking for a candidate who is committed to Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and has a heart and enthusiasm for youth and children ministry. Volunteer or professional experience in youth ministry is desired. Three references, one of whom is a pastor. Candidate must pass a criminal background check. We are a multi-cultural church in a medium sized city on the New Jersey Shore. We run about 80 in attendance. Our youth group is about 12 children, mostly grade school age.
