We are looking for a worship leader associate to help with multiple campuses and new starts. Responsibilities would include organizing praise teams, recruiting new musicians, organizing services working with Worship Pastor and Lead Pastor. We are looking for a person who is talented instrumentally on guitar or keyboard who can also sing well. They must have proficiency in contemporary worship such as Hillsong, Elevation, Crowder, Bethel, Kari Jobe, Rend Collective, Housefires, etc.
We have services on Saturdays and Sundays. This person would be expected to attend a monthly service on Saturday and two on Sunday and eventually would lead a praise team at a new campus in Leon Springs every Saturday.
We are looking for a passionate believer with maturity and anointing. This person does not have to have tons of experience. They will work with and be mentored by our Worship Pastor with the hopes of being added to full-time staff at some point.
CrossRoads is a growing church with multiple sites. We are embarking on an exciting new vision of 10 campuses in 10 years. We started a second campus during covid. We now have three launch teams active for three more campuses. We are an English-speaking church but majority Hispanic, but quite diverse. Our worship is contemporary (Hillsong, Elevation, etc.). We are also a Bible-teaching church holding to the Wesleyan-Arminian theology.
