Worship Leader

True Life Christian Church is a non-denominational church that is seeking a part-time Worship Leader. This individual will be coming to serve a church that is growing over the past few years. We are made up of a lot of different church backgrounds as well as those who have no church background. We have a good mix of maturing believers with new believers. We desire to reach our community with good news of Jesus. We have a strong outreach into our community. We moved into a new building 5 years ago and have seen our attendance double since that time. We are averaging 275 on a Sunday morning. We have a full worship team that typically plays contemporary music. We are a looking for someone who can sing, play an instrument, and can lead the existing worship team both musically and spiritually. We are open to someone who is new to church staffing, but experience is a plus. The Worship Leader is expected to lead practice on a weeknight as well as lead our Sunday morning worship gathering. Salary is set at $20,000.
