Worship Leader

The primary responsibilities of the worship leader includes:

1. Design, rehearse and lead a relevant Sunday worship experience to honor Jesus Christ.

2. Recruit, schedule, develop, and facilitate the integration of music teams throughout the church. (Youth and adults)

3. Join church staff in team functions willing to serve in other areas as assigned by the senior pastor to meet ministry mission.

We support the worship arts pastor with dedicated experienced musicians, and technicians with a state of the art sound and lighting system.

Interested candidates should possess spiritual maturity and biblical knowledge; a 4 year degree or 2-years minimum contemporary worship leading experience or recent worship arts degree. Qualified candidate should have strong vocal and instrumental skill and excellent communication skills. Knowledge and experience working with computers, sound, video, and recording equipment, a plus.
