Youth Responsibilities:
Teach Sunday School, teach Wednesday nights, plan monthly events, Plan youth camp each year, arrange transportation, sponsors, etc.
Build relationships with youth outside of church by attending sporting events, community events.
Plan fundraisers for camps, make home visits or hospital visits when necessary.
Children's Ministry Responsibilities:
Oversee Children's Sunday School Classes, including selecting material, meeting with teachers, gathering volunteer teachers when normal teachers are absent.
Overseeing Children's Church, Oversee Wednesday Night children's activities, plan occasional family/children's events. Plan pre-teen camp, plan and implement fundraisers to go toward camp and other children's events.
General responsibilities:
Plan and implement events and strategies to reach unchurched families through the children's and youth who attend RLBC events.
Be present in the community of Robert Lee. Fill in pulpit when necessary.

Robert Lee Baptist Church is a small Southern Baptist church that seeks to honor God in all that we do. We are dedicated to the study of Scripture, including verse-by-verse expository preaching, Sunday School, home groups, and Wednesday night activities. We also seek to put the principles of the Bible into practice in the lives of our members, becoming disciples of Christ who love God with all that we have, and our neighbors as ourselves.
