Pastor of Students and Families

First Baptist Church Dandridge is prayerfully seeking a full-time Pastor of Students and Families to lead a gospel-centered student ministry (grades 6-12). We’re looking for a spiritually mature and enthusiastic person to bring fresh vision and leadership to this already healthy ministry. Our goal is to develop mature Christian students by introducing them to the gospel, teaching them God’s Word, helping them use their gifts for service, and equipping them to advance the gospel. This position will also seek to establish intentional relationships with their families by encouraging and equipping parents to develop a Biblical worldview in their children.
