Edgewood Baptist Church is praying for our next Worship and Outreach Director/Pastor.

Supervisory Relationship

– Supervisor- Senior Pastor

Qualifications

– Required bachelor’s degree (or higher). (Or working towards it)

– Ministry Experience Prefered.

Essential Skills

– Ability to recruit or lead a worship team.

– A working knowledge of Planning Center

– Web Design Skills are a plus

– People skills. Someone who is approachable and willing to “Walk the Floor”

– A team player with a servant’s heart

Goals and Expectations:

A growing relationship with Jesus Christ

Provide Organization and Oversight to All of EBC Worship Ministries

· Support the Senior Pastor in developing and implementing Sunday morning services.

· Lead worship during Sunday morning services.

· Oversee local Missions Involvement (One More Child, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Lighthouse, Engaging Elementary School across the street.

· Oversight of the sound equipment (Instruments, Sound Booth, Lights, Live Stream)

Provide Organization and Oversight of Community Outreach—Love the Lake and Local Partnerships
