About Grace Walk Church

Grace Walk lets you lead. We strive to give you the freedom to lead, using your God-given gifts and abilities. We don't want to micro-manage but create a culture where you can use your creativity to lead effectively.

Grace Walk is a growing church. We are located in one of the fastest-growing areas in the valley. Across the street from us, 1399 new homes and a 330-unit apartment complex have been built. There are also several new housing developments that are being built in our area. With all this growth comes great opportunity.

Grace Walk reaches the unchurched. We strive to reach lost souls for the Kingdom of Heaven. So many of the people that attend our church had little to no church background and made the decision to give their lives to Christ at Grace Walk. We like to say; "you don't have to believe to belong," creating a culture for the non-religious to come and find Christian community. As a result, they give their lives to Christ. This fulfills the first part of our mission statement; "Winning souls to Christ".

The next part, “making winners in life”, is done through teaching, developing personal relationships, and engaging with groups, and ministry teams. At Grace Walk, we want to minister to the spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional needs of the people in our community so they can live in their God-given purpose.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

About the Scriptures: We believe the entire Bible is the inspired Word of God and that men were moved by the Spirit of God to write the very words of Scripture. Therefore, we believe the Bible is without error.

About God: We believe in one God who exists in three distinct persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God who became flesh to reveal God to humanity and to become the Savior of the world.

About Humanity: We believe that all people were created in the image of God to have a personal relationship with him but became alienated in that relationship through sin. As a result, people are incapable of regaining a right relationship with God through their own efforts.

About Salvation: We believe that the blood of Jesus Christ, shed on the cross, provides the sole basis for the forgiveness of sin. Therefore, God freely offers salvation to those who place their faith in the death and resurrection of Christ as the full payment for their sin.

About the Christian Life: We believe all Christians should live for Christ and not for themselves. By obedience to the Word of God and daily yielding to the Spirit of God, every believer should grow and be conformed to the image of Christ.

About the Church: We believe that the church is the body of Christ, of which Jesus Christ is the head. The members of the church are those who have trusted by faith in the finished work of Christ. The purpose of the church is to glorify God by loving him and by making him known to the lost world.
