Job Description

First Baptist Church of Rio Rancho is seeking a full-time youth pastor for our multigenerational, multicultural church located in central New Mexico. He should strive to fulfill the Scriptural pattern found in 1 Timothy 3 and 4 and Titus 1 and 2, and must be able to recognize and engage with the ever- changing youth culture. Other qualifications include a passion for disciple-making, a Christlike love for middle and high schoolers, and the ability to lead and communicate effectively with both youth and adults.
