About Lititz Trinity Church

Lititz Trinity has a long and rich history, dating back over 150 years. It is a downtown church, meeting in the heart of Lititz, Pennsylvania, a lively and growing town with many great restaurants, festivals, and a cool small-town vibe. Today, Trinity is a vibrant ministry with two services, approximately 300 average worship attendance, and many new people visiting and getting plugged in. The church has a warm, welcoming culture and is committed to the truth of God’s Word. Its people are generous, welcoming, and love to jump in and help others. Its staff and leaders value positive relationships and operate, not just as co-laborers, but also as friends.

Trinity’s mission is to “Follow Jesus. Love People. Give Hope.” Currently, the church is focused on “Connecting People to Christ and His Church Like Never Before” and is in a season of laser-focused intentionality around three strategic initiatives: embracing opportunities for spiritual growth, investing in younger generations, and empowering leaders. For this reason, the church has committed to hiring several new staff over the next 18 months in order to more effectively reach and disciple young people. The church continues to launch new small groups consistently as it reaches new people and works to help them get connected into groups and spiritual friendships.

This is an exciting time to join Lititz Trinity! The church is in a season of fresh influence in the lives of many newer people and is beginning to execute a three-year strategic plan that has the potential to move it into a season of even greater spiritual impact in the community and beyond!

Follow Jesus. Love People. Give Hope.

“Together, we seek our Lord with every part of our lives. We love people with the extravagant love of Christ, no matter who they are. And we hold out the hope of the gospel to a lost and hurting world, inviting people to come follow Jesus with us.”

Trinity’s core values are Life in the Scriptures, Intentional Spiritual Growth, Passionate Devotion to Jesus, Authentic Caring Relationships, and Relevance for Every Generation. Its leaders and people take these values seriously and actively work to increase them as the backbone of the church’s culture.

Life in the Scriptures

We stand on the authority of God’s unchanging Word. We hunger and thirst for the Scriptures because of our love for Jesus. We see the Bible as inspired, unchanging, and authoritative, and we hold tightly to the enduring promises of God.

Intentional Spiritual Growth

We are dedicated to Christ-centered life change. We invest in the lives of people and equip them to follow Jesus and embrace their identity as God’s children. We connect with people, grow in faith, and serve the world with the love of Christ.

Passionate Devotion to Jesus

We invest our lives in the pursuit of Christ. We gather to worship Jesus with all that we are and live in joyful response to all that He is. We prayerfully devote ourselves to Him, resting in His grace and trusting in His faithfulness. We see Jesus as our greatest treasure and celebrate His incredible love.

Authentic Caring Relationships

We welcome people as friends and love them for who they are. We are a safe place to be real and to belong and serve one another with humility. We show compassion to every person because they’ve been made in the image of God.

Relevance for Every Generation

We adapt our methods to influence people, young and old. We invest in kids and teens and sacrifice our personal preferences to impact other generations. With servant hearts, holding to unchanging truth, we constantly improve to reach the world.
