• Direct and Organize volunteer youth leadership.

• Direct and Organize youth (6th-12th) Lifegroup and Wednesday Night worship activities.

o Plan and Organize youth ministry summer camp and kids

camp.

• Plan and Organize youth activities/events.

• Be involved with Local Youth events/activities

• Communicate (Regularly) with the church office (secretary) and Pastor about ministry events, etc.

• Coordinate with church staff/Youth Leadership evangelistic (visitation) opportunities to reach families of students attending the youth ministry events

• Attend monthly church staff meetings.

• Be faithful to personal bible study growth.

Each congregation operates under the Lordship of Christ through democratic processes. In such a congregation each member is responsible and accountable to Christ as Lord. Its scriptural officers are pastors and deacons.
