Next Generation Pastor

FBC, Tampa is a multi-generational, multi-ethnic church whose mission is to connect people to a thriving life in Christ. The Next Generation Ministry (Middle School, High School, College) is healthy, growing, and a vital part of the mission of FBC Tampa. We are seeking a proven leader and faithful discipler of students and young adults to join our ministry team as our Next Generation Pastor.

Qualifications:

• Clear call to serve the kingdom of God through the local church

• Master’s Degree or Christian Educator’s Degree or commensurate combination of education and experience

• Commitment and passion for working effectively with students and young adults

• Ability to effectively communicate with youth and their families

• Effective communicator of Biblical truth through expository preaching, teaching

• Proven ability to plan and execute programs and events that challenge, educate, and serve

• Proven ability to lead ministry teams and volunteers
