We're hiring a Next Gen Director at Christ Culture Church (CC__C) to oversee ministry area leaders in the following areas: C3 Kids Church and C3 Students. This role will work closely with the Lead Pastor to achieve oversight and goals aimed at multiplying ministry and continuing the development of systems.
As the Next Gen Director, your responsibilities would involve pastoring and overseeing C3 Kids Church and C3 Students. Your role would also encompass providing spiritual guidance and support to families, organizing and leading family-oriented events and programs, and offering counseling and pastoral care to families.
Your primary responsibility is to empower, equip, train, and collaborate with the current group of six point leaders and approximately 32+ volunteers who are already assisting in developing and implementing relevant strategies to nurture the spiritual growth of individuals within families. As the guiding force behind our vibrant family ministry, the Next Gen Director ensures a crystal-clear path for children and students on their faith journey. They breathe life into a variety of imaginative ministries, empowering families to thrive in their shared pursuit of Christ and fostering a dynamic faith journey for kids, teens, and parents alike.

A good candidate should excel with details, be a self-starter, and have prior knowledge and experience in leading ministry within kids and/or student ministries. This role could be an excellent opportunity for a Youth Pastor or Children's Pastor looking to step into a directional leadership position or a career move for someone with more experience. There is a lot of flexibility in how the job is structured.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in full-time ministry leadership, preferably in the areas of kids and students.
Christ Culture Church is a Spirit filled multigenerational and multiethnic church that launched on September 12, 2021, and we own our building and facilities. A lot of work has gone into getting us ready for this next growth stage.
