Harvest Chapel is looking for a high-functioning leader to step in as our Spiritual Formation Pastor. This role will focus on leading our growing Life Groups ministry, which includes community outreach, our on-campus classes, and the development of discipleship materials for various ministries. We are looking for a pastor who has the gift and ability to teach in this role. There is immense room for growth within our groups as the church continues to grow. Education and credentialing are a plus.
