Briggsdale Baptist Church is seeking a pastor to fill a vacant pulpit position. We are seeking a man who has been called by God to shepherd the Church in spiritual growth and in outreach to the community with the Gospel of Christ. He should have experience and a heart for pastoral care, be able to preach and teach the Gospel of Christ and be able to lead the Church in the fulfillment of the Great Commission.
Briggsdale Baptist Church was established as an independent Baptist church and will be celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2026. It has an average attendance of around 50 which includes in-person and online attendance. We have a deep concern for and devotion to the local youth and support many missionaries throughout the world. Our church week consists of Sunday morning Sunday School followed by the Sunday morning worship service. There are Bible studies which meet throughout the week, a Wednesday evening prayer meeting, and a Wednesday morning community coffee outreach.
Briggsdale is a small rural town in northeastern Colorado with a population of approximately one hundred people and has a fast-growing population in the surrounding area. Oil and agriculture have been the major industries in the area, and many commute to work in nearby Greeley, Fort Collins, and other towns. Our school has approximately 180 students in Pre-K through twelfth grades.

For almost 100 years, Briggsdale Baptist Church has been serving the community and through our giving, the world. Over the years, we have seen God do incredible things through our church and in the lives of our people. However, we believe that God's best for us is still ahead of us. We are excited to see what God will do during the next 100 years!
We don't think church should be a place people avoid or dislike. We believe that church should be like family. That's why our services will feel more like a family get-together than a church production. We want everyone to come as they are and leave having experienced our great God. So whether you are someone who has your life together or you're experiencing it all falling apart, you are welcome here.
