Youth Minister

Bi-vocational Student Minister postition that would be responsible for the growth, discipleship and development of students grades 7th-12th grade.. Position requires a committment to Jesus Christ as personal Lord and Savior, a calling to ministry, leading a life committed to personal holiness as well as firm knowledge of the Bible. This is an entry level ministry position providing guidance and spiritual discipleship to students. Sunday mornings only and Wednesday night Bible study - Annual compensation- $15,000

Ladonia Baptist Church in Phenix City, Alabama is an established multigenerational congregation ministering to the Phenix City, AL and Columbus, GA communities. Ladonia Baptist has excellent facilities with the main sanctuary built in 2007. We have tremendous opportunities for growth in a community with many young families associated with Fort Benning Army Installation. Our congregation loves children and routinely makes proactive outreach to our community through our Awana program, Fall and Easter Festivities, Thanksgiving outreach called "Turkey Reach" and Christmas Toy Drive to children in our community. Ladonia is positioned for exciting new growth into the future in reaching our world with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
