Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Expected start date: October 2024

Salary: $20-$26/hr

Schedule:

7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Monday to Friday

Requirements:

• Able to implement and practice the play-based learning approach and emergent curriculum

• Plan, develop and implement programs that reflect children’s interest and responds to diverse individual and cultural needs

• Well-developed skills in areas such as leadership, communication, organization, teamwork, accountability, initiative and creativity

• Ability to work well with other staff members in a collegial atmosphere

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Qualification:

• Early Childhood Education Degree or Diploma

• Must be a current member in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators （RECE）

• Baptist Christian

• Teaching experience and background in Arts or Music will be an asset

• Healthy assessment (no active communicable diseases or infection risks)

• Updated Immunization record

• Police Vulnerable Sector Check (6 months current to hiring date)

• Standard First Aid/CPR, Level C

• 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Monday to Friday

Requirements:

• Holding a Toddler or Casa Montessori Diploma that is AMI or MACTE accredited

• Baptist Christian

• Well-developed skills in areas such as leadership, communication, organization, teamwork, accountability, initiative and creativity

• Ability to work well with other staff members in a collegial atmosphere

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Teaching experience, Early Childhood Education Diploma, and background in Arts or Music will be an asset
