Early Childhood Education

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Expected start date: October 2024
Salary: $20-$26/hr
Schedule:
7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Monday to Friday
Requirements:
- Able to implement and practice the play-based learning approach and emergent curriculum
- Plan, develop and implement programs that reflect children’s interest and responds to diverse individual and cultural needs
- Well-developed skills in areas such as leadership, communication, organization, teamwork, accountability, initiative and creativity
- Ability to work well with other staff members in a collegial atmosphere
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Qualification:
- Early Childhood Education Degree or Diploma
- Must be a current member in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators （RECE）
- Baptist Christian
- Teaching experience and background in Arts or Music will be an asset
- Healthy assessment (no active communicable diseases or infection risks)
- Updated Immunization record
- Police Vulnerable Sector Check (6 months current to hiring date)
- Standard First Aid/CPR, Level C
Montessori Toddler and Casa Teacher
Details of Position:

- Expected start date: October 2024
- Salary: $20-$26/hr
Schedule:
- 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Monday to Friday
Requirements:
- Holding a Toddler or Casa Montessori Diploma that is AMI or MACTE accredited
- Baptist Christian
- Well-developed skills in areas such as leadership, communication, organization, teamwork, accountability, initiative and creativity
- Ability to work well with other staff members in a collegial atmosphere
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Teaching experience, Early Childhood Education Diploma, and background in Arts or Music will be an asset
