As a live teaching campus and network church of Gold Creek Community Church, we provide a space for individuals to explore their spirituality. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where everyone can experience the transformative power of God’s Word and build a relationship with Him. With a strong emphasis on children and youth, our church is vibrant with many young families. Located in Woodinville, WA, we serve the larger Eastside suburbs, supporting families in tech industries while remaining close to more rural communities. Position Overview: Gold Creek Community Church is seeking a dedicated and hardworking High School Pastor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about youth ministry and have a heart for guiding high school students in their faith journey. Proficiency in Planning Center ChMS and ProPresenter is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead engaging programs and activities for high school students.

• Build and nurture relationships with students and their families.

• Plan and oversee weekly services, events, and small groups for high school students.

• Collaborate with the church staff to integrate youth ministry into the broader church mission.

• Utilize Planning Center ChMS and ProPresenter for efficient and effective ministry management.

Qualifications:

• Evident relationship with Jesus Christ including an active prayer and devotional life.

• Proven experience in youth ministry, preferably in a high school setting.

• Proficiency in Planning Center ChMS and ProPresenter is preferred.

• Strong leadership, work ethic and organizational skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with both students and adults.

• A commitment to hard work and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of young people.
