Kids Director/Pastor

This position will develop and cast a vision to teach, recruit, prepare, organize, and perform all of the Kid’s Ministries at Celebration Church. This candidate must have a heart for children and must have a desire to see them mature in their faith. The candidate should also have an outward focus that seeks to develop new methods that minister to the needs of our community and to the area elementary schools.

This candidate must be outgoing, energetic and contagious! We need a “self-starter” who is able to meet a congregation of people, get to know them, learn faces and memorize names and who can “jump in” and begin to develop a leadership team, recruit new volunteers and train and encourage the volunteers we have.

Celebration Church is a family church in Joplin MO. Our goal is to empower, equip, and encourage the church to be the mission field throughout the week. We offer a wide variety of discipleship options in a casual worship environment. Our music is dynamic but blended. Our Sunday attendance is around 200 and growing.
