Qualifications
- Have ordination and 5 years pastoral and preaching experience.
- Dynamic speaker who teaches and preaches the Word of God.
- Degree preferred but not required.
- One who motivates congregational involvement in church programs.
- Background check and references required.

- Skilled preacher and teacher of the Word of God who focuses on biblically based principles.
- Ability to organize and plan effectively.
- Ability to communicate orally, in written and digital context.
- Ability to Gather, Grow, and GO as a church and within the community.
- Maintain consistent staff communications and relationships.
Primary Roles, Purposes, Responsibilities, and Duties
- To serve as a preacher, teacher, pastor, and primary leader of the church.
- To consistently prepare and deliver well prepared sermons, messages, and lessons that are biblically sound.
- To collaborate and plan accordingly with other Church Ministers, Deacons, and Ministry Leaders.
- The Pastor will be responsible for the shepherding responsibilities of pastoral care including counseling, weddings, funerals. He will also work with the trustee and deacon teams to nurture and provide spiritual care to our church family.
- The Pastor will work actively with church leadership to evaluate all ministries and look for ways to improve and expand them.
