The Role: The Children's Ministry Director/Pastor will oversee ministry for the children ages birth through 5th Grade.
Reports To: Next Generation Pastor
Meet Freedom Church: Freedom Church exists to lead people to a vibrant relationship with Jesus. We started as a plant in 2013 with just 75 people and have grown significantly in the past seven years. We have baptized over 150 people and are centered around making disciples. In August 2019 we purchased a shopping center plaza and that new facility will serve as our worship site beginning in December 2020. This new facility will feature a cafe, new childrens and youth facilites and state-of-the-art worship center.
About the Children's Ministry Director/Pastor: Freedom Kids exists to help children know and understand who Jesus is. The Director of Kids will play an integral role in furthering this vision through oversight of Freedom Kids birth through fifth grade. The Director/Pastor should have a heart for kids and experience ministering to children and parents. Serving a growing ministry, the director should be energized by recruiting, developing, training, and discipling volunteer leaders.
