Pastor

Overview:

Saving Faith Baptist Church is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Senior Pastor. This position involves leading a small, multicultural, and multigenerational congregation. The pastor will provide spiritual guidance, preach weekly, and direct the Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preaching: Deliver engaging sermons during Sunday morning services.

- Teaching: Lead Wednesday evening Bible Study and Prayer Meetings.

- Visitation Counseling: Provide pastoral care and counseling as needs arise.

- Leadership: Collaborate with the Leadership Team to guide church vision and mission.

Qualifications:

- Must meet the qualifications outlined in 1 Timothy 3, Titus 1, and 1 Peter 5:1-4.

- Must affirm the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message.

- Previous experience in pastoral ministry is preferred.
