Lead Pastor

The Church at Severn Run in Severn, Maryland is seeking a new Lead Pastor to lead our congregation into its next season of spiritual growth and community impact.

The Church at Severn Run is a growing, Kingdom-seeking, racially diverse community with a Southern Baptist past. We focus on doing wholistic missions in the broken world around us. Love does more than talk! Salvation matters and the opportunities for growth are endless (John 4:35). We focus on three things: loving well, living Jesus, and believing big. And all of this for God’s glory, not ours.

Our average attendance is 936. We have an amazing 43 acre campus and a 40,000 square foot facility. We have a 501c3 non-profit called, “The Love Wins Movement" to strategically meet the needs of our community in Jesus’ name. Love Wins include the largest food pantry in Anne Arundel County as well as two women’s recovery houses. Our Student and Kids ministries are thriving and we have a great network of small groups. It’s exciting to see how many of our people are serving on campus and in our community.
