The Church Administrator at FirstNSB will provide leadership to the management and development of the finances, facilities and operations of the church.

The Ideal Candidate for this Role:

- Is proficient with spreadsheets, Quickbooks and financial reports
- Is an excellent communicator, verbally and in writing
- Has demonstrated effective leadership and management of church finances, facilities and operations
Some Responsibilities of the Church Administrator:
- Financial
- Work with outside bookkeeping company to ensure the accuracy of financial reports
- Work with the Finance Team to ensure the integrity of the financial affairs of the church
- Create and maintain financial documents and reports
- Reconcile bank statements in conjunction with the Finance Team
- Process payroll for staff
- Pay bills and contractors
- Maintain all church insurance products
- Prepare annual budget in conjunction with Governing Elder Team and Finance Team
- Facilities
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the church facility and grounds
- Maintain contact and give direction to all companies that provide facility services and maintenance at FirstNSB
- Oversee all information technology
- Oversee enhancements to the facility and grounds
- Operations and Church Office
- Coordinate and oversee the use of the facility by groups within and outside the church
- Maintain the church calendar
- Manage the church office
- Develop and communicate church policies and procedures
- Answer phone and receive guests to the church office as needed
- Schedule meetings and pastoral appointments as needed
