Family Ministries Lead / Next Generation

Lake Community is looking for an energetic and engaging person to lead our Family Ministries! We have a rapidly growing children’s and student ministry and the right candidate will help us disciple families well. We have a dream to be a place where kids and students take their parents to church!

The ideal candidate brings contagious energy, dreams big, and is simply a joy to be around. What you'll do -

Oversee a great Children’s and Student Ministry!

Pour into and develop a large volunteer base!

Come alongside moms and dads to be the best parents they can be!

Think up new ways to reach the families in our town with the Gospel!

Engages well with students!

Collaborate with a great team!
